Goals: Reducing Gastrointestinal Issues

Our client came to us with the goal of working on healthy and sustainable weight loss and improving his gut health. During our time together, we heavily focused on habit creation and ensuring focus on body composition to keep and grow lean body mass while reducing body fat percentage. We also focused on gut health to ensure healing from the inside out. As we all know, it all starts in the gut! We worked on reducing gastrointestinal issues to the point that they became a thing of the past! His Registered Dietitian created a personalized health blueprint including a supplement list. Goals: Improve Glucose Levels, Blood Pressure, and Lose Weight

Our client came to the program looking to improve his blood glucose levels, blood pressure, and lose weight (body fat). By the end of the program he was able to:
1. Reduce his blood glucose levels from 125-130 to 95-103
2. Lose weight – started at 197 and dropped to 167 (focus on keeping/growing muscle mass)
3. Improve his blood presure reading to normal levels!
