Did you know that how you eat is just as important as what you eat?

You could be eating the cleanest, most gut-friendly meals – but if you’re eating while stressed, distracted, or on the go, you’re sabotaging your digestion.

Here’s why:
🔸 Your body needs to be in a parasympathetic state (“rest and digest”) to produce enough stomach acid and enzymes.
🔸 When you’re rushing, your brain is in “fight or flight,” which shuts down digestion.
🔸 This can lead to bloating, gas, and incomplete breakdown of food – which then feeds bad bacteria in your gut.

✨ Try this before your next meal:

  1. Take 3 slow, deep breaths before eating.

  2. Put your phone away and sit down to eat without distractions.

  3. Chew each bite slowly (20–30x per bite).
