Take 10 minutes for full stillness.. breathwork, prayer, journaling
Prioritize rest, low stress, light movement (walks, stretching, nature)
NO skipping. NO guessing. Just simple, effective habits that create results.
This isn’t a maybe. When you follow this plan with intention, your body will respond.
I don’t run these reset weekends often.. but when I do, I go all in.
