As a gut health dietitian, you’d think I always have perfect digestion… but that’s not reality! 😅
I still have to be mindful of:
✔ Eating slowly & chewing well (yes, even RDs forget!)
✔ Drinking enough water
✔ Managing stress—it’s a gut health game-changer!
The biggest lesson? Gut health isn’t about being perfect—it’s about listening to your body.
