Gut Health Secrets I simply REFUSE to gatekeep!

After working with thousands of men and women looking to improve their gut, these are the top things I consider starting with, as the vast majority have so much suspense with them!

If you’re working on gut health, you have to consider the digestive process from the mouth to the bottom!

If you have to work on these and you’re looking to work on your gut, I’d suggest considering it as it may resolve many issues.

1) Psyllium husk: This fiber is so underrated. It helps diversity the gut as it feeds the microbes. It also can improve and often resolve discomfort related to conditions like GERD. Consider the different options—pills, power, or whole husk.

2) Picking the right probiotic: This simple yet widely ignored step can shorten the time of pain to a pain free life. Most tend to grab a probiotic that is popular or has BILLIONS in it without considering what WHO (the bacteria) is in the capsule and the JOB that bacteria is supposed to have in the body. Functional stool tests can help personalize the decision of which one(s) to get to use maximum results.

3) A healthy gut can’t exist without fiber foods 🥑🫐. Specifically, a high fiber diet. Woman should aim for 30 grams a day and men 40 grams. Side note, this is the goal IF you do not have digestive conditions that require different amounts, such as IBD, IBS, diverticulosis, SIBO, and so forth.

4) Restoring the gut after antibiotic use can help you feel NORMAL again. Replacing the good microbes that were lost is vital! My clients restore their gut with the gut healing protocol I create for them based on their results of the functional stool test.

5) Did I mention, meeting your daily fiber goal is non-negotiable? 🤔☺️Most people I meet are at about 0-10 grams a day. And this is a lot of people, I’ll speak to a few hundred each week and sometimes per day. So you can do the math!
