Gut healing doesn’t have to be overwhelming, in fact, sometimes it starts with the smallest habits.
Here are 3 simple shifts I teach inside Flare Freedom:
1️⃣ Chew your food 20–30x before swallowing to activate digestion.
2️⃣ Add 1 tbsp of apple cider vinegar (diluted) before meals to support stomach acid.
3️⃣ Don’t drink large amounts of water during meals; sip instead to avoid diluting enzymes.
These tweaks alone can reduce gas, bloating, and discomfort significantly in just a few days.
Healing doesn’t always mean removing; sometimes it means adding better habits.
